Do your Duvet Covers have corner ties?
Yes,our Duvet Covers come with four internal ties,one in each corner,to hold your Comforter in place.Our Comforters also have loops in each corner to fit the ties.
The ties on your Duvet Cover may not be exactly in the corner,but a few inches away.This is to ensure the corner of your Comforter can fit directly in the corner of the Duvet Cover.
A delivery that is in a Label Created Status
If you've just received your shipment confirmation, some carriers can take 24-48 hours to update the tracking information.
Tracking hasn't updated in 48 hours
USPS, Fedex Ground Delivery, and UPS Ground Delivery tracking will not update on weekends. Please wait until the next business day for the tracking to update.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check the perimeter of your home as the package may have been left out of view from the street.
Please check with your neighbors as someone may have retrieved the package for safe keeping.

Expected delivery date change?
If your delivery date changes, please allow the carrier the opportunity to deliver on the new scheduled day. Most carriers will hold your package at a local facility where it can be picked up before the next delivery attempt. Please contact the carrier to inquire about picking up your package if needed.
Delivery status pending?
If your tracking information shows “Pending” and there is no delivery date after 48 hours, please contact us for assistance.
Sometimes Carriers fail to scan packages as they are picked up. It will take a few more days before it actually appears on tracking site and they may delay the package due to high volume of orders being picked up.
Order delivered to the wrong address?
If your order shows delivered and you have not received it, please confirm the address on the order. If the order shows the correct address but has been delivered to a different address, please contact us for assistance.

Canceling an order is one of the last things we want to do, but some situations come up where cancellation is the best option to save you time and money.

Fill out your info on our return portal and after your return request is approved –a prepaid return label will be provided via email. print the return label and pack the item as received to avoid any restocking fees.

To change or cancel your order, contact Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Front Door deliveries cannot be canceled as they are processed immediately to ensure quick arrival.
The product I want is sold out! When will it be back?
We always try our best to keep our customers in the know, so if an item is sold out and we have the projected restock date, the date will be on the product page. If an item is marked as sold out without a date listed, we do not have a projected restock date. Typically, Essential colors and patterns will be restocked and the date will be added as soon as we have it. Limited Edition colors and patterns will not be restocked.

If one item in my order is backordered, when will my package ship?
We strive to ship all of our orders as fast as possible. If your order has an item that is not currently in stock, your entire order will ship when that item is back in stock.
