TRY BEFORE BUYING

We offer a 7-night trial period to let you sleep with our products before you commit to buying. When you place your order, a temporary hold will be placed on your card, which may appear as “pending” or “processing.” At the end of your trial, your card will be charged.

If you choose not to keep it after 7 nights you may initiate a return by emailing us at service@emperorshome.com, Mon-Fri 10:00 am-5pm EST. We’ll void the hold on your card and the funds will be released back into your bank account or credit card within 2 business days.

If you initiate a return near the end of your trial, your card may be charged when your trial ends, even if your EMPERORSHOME is in transit back to us. Rest assured, your order will be fully refunded once we receive your return.

In addition to the 7-night trial period, we accept returns up to 30 nights after your purchase.

COVERED DEFECTS

Manufacturing defects may be covered after the 30-day return policy on a case-by-case basis. If you think your EMPERORSHOME has damage or a defect that was not the result of improper use, please email us at service@emperorshome.com, Mon- Fri 10am-5pm EST.

Problems and issues that result from normal wear and tear or improper use are not covered. This includes but is not limited to:

  1. Normal wear and tear.
  2. Any improper use of the comforter.
  3. Minor imperfections such as slight cosmetic flaws.
  4. Stains, tears, burns, and discoloration that occur over time and/or are caused by the user.
  5. Any comforter purchased from a non-authorized EMPERORSHOMEdistributor.
  6. Damage caused by animals, rodents or children.
  7. Naturally occurring aromas frompolyester, or other materials.

Returns

  • Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at service@emperorshome.com.
Return Shipping Charges
  • We will undertake the return shipping cost for the returns due to a manufactures defect or a EmperorsHome fulfillment error only(wrong items). 
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may be cost serval days to let your money back to your account. 
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some days before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
